LISBON’S latest town centre retail and office space was launched with a fanfare of glamour last week. Amoreiras Plaza, a development by French group Nexity Portugal, is a spacious, light and airy development combining shops, health facilities and food outlets with competitive office space in the heart of Lisbon.
Although operating since July, the official launch party, hosted by top model Mariza Cruz, included a fashion show modelling the latest autumn/winter fashions available in the centre’s retail stores, as well as kick boxing and t’ai chi displays sponsored and organised by Holmes Place.
The ultramodern building, designed by Portuguese architect Arsénio Raposo Cordeiro, is located to the left of Amoreiras Shopping. The project has a total surface area of 13,000sqm, including
