Take eight spinning bikes, 32 fit volunteers, 24 hours and two deserving causes and what you have is the 24 hour Spinathon to be held at the Four Seasons Country Club in Quinta do Lago today (Friday) from 7pm.
The event has been organised by friends of the International School São Lourenço with funds raised being split between the paediatric wing of Faro Hospital and the school.
