The popularity of the sport has now spread to the Algarve and is being launched on November 30, at Estrela da Luz.
Estrela da Luz are also using their open day, on November 30, to encourage residents in the Algarve to “Quit moaning and start toning”, the new slogan that adorns the latest Estrela Health & Beauty T-Shirts.
“We ran a small competition to see who could design the best slogan, and this was by far the most popular” said Joanna Padfield, manager of the Oceânico fitness facility.
Joanna, an experienced fitness manager, knows the key to developing and maintaining a great workout is motivation. With this in mind, Oceânico Leisure have purchased the latest range of Spinning bikes to add a new dimension to their already full range of exercise classes, including Aerobics, Step, Body Conditioning and Yoga.

Gym facilities will be available to all visitors and you can join in classes and relax in the Jacuzzi, sauna and indoor pool all for free. If you decide to join up, there will be several discounts on offer to tempt you into getting active.
