THE NOVOTEL Verman in Póvoa de Varzim and the Sofitel Thalassa Vilalara in the Algarve, both operated by the Accor Amorim group, have recently been awarded top honours by Spanish tour operator Costas Galicia.
The Sofitel Thalassa Vilalara, located in Porches, was honoured with the ‘Top Thalassa 2005 Award’ and the Novotel Verman was named the best family hotel with the ‘Top Family 2005 Award’. These awards represent recognition from Costas Galicia for the hotels’ quality and customer service and will serve to strengthen the existing partnership between the tour operator and the Accor Amorim group.
On hand to receive the awards were Rogério Angeloni, director of the Novotel Vermar, and Jacky Fernandes, commercial director of Sofitel Thalassa Vilalara.
