Spanish invest in Faro

Spanish retail outlet company Neinver is planning to invest 60 million euros in a new outlet centre in Faro council.

The outlet, which will be in Estoi parish on land belonging to Faro’s Mercado Abastecedor, a regional market logistics centre (MARF), is predicted to provide between 1,500 and 2,000 direct and indirect jobs.

Neinver said that this new outlet will “contribute to the revitalisation of urban areas” as well as “provide the Algarve with an outlet with a difference”.

No date for completion of the project has yet been set.
