Spain’s interior ministry has just announced that it will be prolonging border restrictions with Portugal until March 1.
The current ‘limited flow’ of traffic across the borders was initially given a time limit to February 14. But Spain’s official state bulletin recommends today that “restrictive measures on mobility” stay in place “due to the Covid-19 pandemic”.
Exceptions exist at specific points of passage for residents, trans-frontier workers, goods drivers and exceptional circumstances (click here).
