South Korean embassy denounces ‘security cameras’ in pilgrims’ bathrooms near Belém palace

The South Korean embassy has reportedly filed a complaint with Belém PSP over the existence of security cameras in the bathrooms of accommodation being used by its country’s pilgrims, here for World Youth Day. The young people are lodged in a Catholic school very close to the official residence of Portugal’s president Marcelo. Media reports say they have not been able to get a definitive answer from the Catholic school board, but it is almost certain that the cameras are switched off.
