Albufeira is hosting the 8th Soup Festival on Sunday at the Nuclegarve Pavilion, Fontainhas (Ferreiras) from 1pm.
With more than 20 different soups on the menu, there will be something for all tastes, with ingredients including vegetables, fish, seafood, meat and many others.
Live music and folk dancing form part of the festival’s programme, which is again supported by Albufeira Câmara.
Entry costs €12.50 for adults and €7.50 for children and includes a soup of choice, bread, drink, dessert and coffee.
