This month the Algarve Orchestra will take to the stage and perform at various Algarve locations, including Faro, Albufeira and Portimão.
The orchestra is made up of 17 different nationalities and is led by principal conductor Pedro Moreira.
The orchestra’s first performance is tomorrow (Saturday) in Faro at the Teatro das Figuras, starting at 9.30pm.
On December 11 there is a performance aimed at families in Albufeira.
The show features works by Borodin, Arensky, Rachmaninov and Prokofiev, and will begin at 5pm at the Municipal Auditorium. Entrance is free.
The Algarve Orchestra will also perform in five other locations.
