Sonae’s Sierra Portugal Fund (SPF) is set to control another 50% of Guia’s AlgarveShopping and Portimão’s Centro Commercial Continente, meaning that both are now owned outright by the group. Said Sonae Sierra’s CEO Fernando Guedes de Oliveira said: “This opportunity translates into a good opportunity to reinforce the position of SPF” which has invested €8.5 million in the Algarve over the last four years.
