Some five years ago I responded to an advertisement in your newspaper from Solar Safe Pool Covers and had one of these covers fitted at my home. It has served me well but is now in need of maintenance and the company seems to no longer exist. The cover is made from thick polythene held together by aluminium rods that sit at ground level above the pool. It is an excellent product and I remember being told at the time that many hundreds had been fitted in the Algarve. I would like know if any of your readers know what happened to the company and more importantly where I can now go for maintenance.
