PRIME MINISTER José Sócrates refused to be drawn into comments over the controversial issue of his university qualifications from the Indepedente University.
According to various reports in national newspapers, the Prime Minister’s Civil Engineering degree, said to have been issued by the Independente University, revealed certain irregularities such as being issued on a Sunday, not having a valid signature, date or even a correct official stamp.
