Six new Citizen Shops (Loja do Cidadão) opened in the Algarve on Monday (June 15), giving local communities a “one-stop-shop” for a variety of government services.
Citizens can change their ID address, obtain certificates, renew driving licenses and much more at the new stores in Portimão, Alvor, Monchique, Ferragudo, Lagos and Alcoutim.
The inauguration ceremonies were attended by Joaquim da Costa, Secretary of State of Administrative Reform.
