Sir Cliff concert in Albufeira

Albufeira Câmara President Desidério Silva, has revealed that the highlight of the city’s summer entertainment programme will be a special Sir Cliff Richard concert on the Praia dos Pescadores, being held to mark Câmara Day (August 20). Sir Cliff Richard, an honorary citizen of Albufeira, told The Resident that he is looking forward to the event. Bill Latham, his manager, explained: “It’s the first time he’s ever done something like this.” Sir Cliff will be performing on the beach at around 10pm, entrance is free – but get there early – thousands of people are expected to attend!
