SILVES CÂMARA has set up a points scheme to encourage people to purchase goods from the town’s local shops by offering shoppers the chance to win a holiday to Marrakech in 2009.
A total of 60 retailers in Silves have joined the point scheme, which gives shoppers one point for every euro spent until December 31.
When shoppers collect 750 or more points on their card, they will be placed into the prize draw which will be drawn during the town’s January sales.
