Silves has become the latest municipality in the Algarve to donate tablets to local schools.
Around 200 were delivered last week by the local council to the Silves and Silves Sul school groups and will be distributed among students in need.
Explains the council, the goal is to ensure equal educational opportunities for all students at a time when the focus is on distance learning.
