THE CIDADELA Fortress in Cascais came alive recently to a spectacular beauty competition. Twelve finalists met to compete in the Miss Tourism of the Planet-Portugal. The winner was Olivia Lemper, 17, from Silves (Algarve). She will now go on to the grand final in Greece. Bring back the title, girl! B.H.
