The Silver Mask Theatre Group is preparing “exciting” new sketches and has announced that auditions for those wanting to be involved will take place on Thursday, February 20 at O’Grady’s Bar near Silves at 7pm.
Rehearsals will then take place every Monday and Wednesday from 6.30pm, in good time for the next shows at the Holiday Inn Algarve in Armação de Pêra on March 27 and 28.
In January, the group performed their acclaimed dinner-theatre format show to a full house at the Recanto dos Mouros Restaurant in Silves.
“The mini plays dealt humorously with the human condition and left the diners hooting with laughter. Such was the sense of involvement that the audience spontaneously joined in to sing along during the final song,” said play director Jackie O’Grady.
