Silver certificate

Vale d’Oliveiras Quinta Resort & Spa near Carvoeiro has been awarded a silver certificate for good food and hygiene standards in recognition of the levels of controls for food hygiene and safety at the resort.

Forsee Food Safety, in conjunction with LusoCristal Consulting, undertook the evaluation which focused on the monitoring of cleaning, chilling, cross contamination and cooking within the resort.

The silver certificate was given to Jorge de Almeida and the team at Vale d’Oliveiras by David Bungard of LusoCristal Consulting during a presentation at the resort on May 3.
