A performance by various famous Portuguese singers in support of tornado victims in Lagoa and Silves is taking place on January 26 at the Centro de Congressos do Arade in Parchal, from 9.30pm. Proceeds will be used to the benefits of the people affected by the November 16 tornado that hit the two municipalities. Artists include Paulo Gonzo, João Pedro Pais, André Sardet, Viviane, Anjos, Manuel Gameiro and David Carreira. Tickets cost €10 for adults and children up to 12 years of age enter for free. Tickets can be purchased at the door or at the Lagoa Convento de São José.
