Tavira Plaza Shopping Centre has been sold by holding company Martifer to real estate company Estia for 44.3 million Euros.
In a statement, Martifer says the sale “is in line with our announced strategy of removing investment in real estate assets and focus on our main activities: metallic construction and renewable energy”.
The Tavira Plaza Shopping Centre opened in 2009 and has a total area of 26,708 square metres, 103 stores and 1,037 parking spaces.
