A JAPANESE man was so angry that a new apartment building had been constructed next to him and blocking his sunlight that he fired around 12 bullets at the inanimate object.
He believed that the building management was not taking his complaints seriously enough. Nobody was injured during the shooting, but the man managed to hit walls, railings and two lights before police arrested him.
