The Sheraton Algarve Hotel will be reopening on Friday (June 26) after months of intensive renovation work.
Part of the Pine Cliffs Resort in Albufeira, the hotel will be presenting 50 renovated rooms, as well as a new-look reception area, meetings room and the new Pine Cliffs Goes Active Health & Fitness Club.
To celebrate, the hotel will be offering guests free access to the health club on Saturday, July 4.
The hotel closed seven months ago for this first phase of an ambitious facelift.
The full scheme involves changes to all rooms, public areas, restaurants and bars, as well as the construction of 78 luxury suites, a new Italian restaurant, a designer spa and an underground car park.
Work is being carried out in phases, in order to allow the hotel to open for the summer season, and should be completed by 2016.
