PJ police have apprehended the men who allegedly raped an Italian woman in the early hours of August 16.
According to the police, the suspects were identified but the victim declined to press charges.
The woman, who was staying in her holiday apartment in Olhos d’Água near Albufeira, was attacked by the men when she left the apartment to smoke a cigarette. As she chose not to formalise charges, the three suspects will not be subject to trial.
