Faro’s catering and tourism school is hosting a fair dedicated to Algarve traditions and gastronomy today (Friday) and tomorrow.
Sentidos & Tradições Algarve 2012 will be an opportunity not only to visit the delightful cloisters of the São Francisco Convent but also to browse through the many stalls selling local handicraft and regional produce, as well as listen to music and admire art displays. At the event by the Escola de Hotelaria e Turismo do Algarve, visitors will be served by the students of the school, who will be showing off their catering skills.
