Olhão Câmara has announced a series of autumn excursions tailored to the over 60s resident in the council.
Participants in the ‘Passeios Sénior’ will have the chance to explore the villages and towns of Alcoutim council, located along the Guadiana river.
Excursions take place on September 19, 21, 26 and 28, and October 3, 10, 12, 17 and 19. The day’s programme includes a walk along the riverside in Alcoutim, a visit to the castle, archaeological museum, church and Santa Justa Museum.
To book their place, Olhão residents should register at their local Junta de Freguesia on the first week in September: Quelfes (3), Olhão (4), Moncarapacho (5), Fuseta (6) and Pechão (7).
