Despite news to the effect that Portugal’s self-scheduling platform for Covid-19 vaccines would be ready ‘next week’, it is already up and running for the over-65s. As part of the country’s ‘second phase’ of the vaccination programme (involving vaccination by decreasing age-groups from 79-16), the platform is an added tool to ensure authorities reach everyone eligible for a vaccination in Portugal.
