SPACES ARE still available for this year’s Arte Viva, the festival of art and music that will take place on the weekend of July 15 and 16 at São Brás de Alportel, in the gardens of the Museum.
Organisers are looking for new talent and this year are spreading their net over a wider range of art forms – not only paintings, but also works in ceramic, glass, stone, fabric … anything that is made with skill and imagination.
The event will fill this charming location with life and activity from 6pm to midnight, on both days. Live music of widely different types will fill your ears, while cooks from Portugal, Morocco and Sweden will tempt you to fill your stomachs.
