Directly from South Africa, sea lions Balu, Busby and Twiggy are the latest additions to the Aqua Show amusement family park in Quarteira.
From May 1, when the park re-opens, a sea lion interaction programme will start with two daily sessions, each lasting approximately 45 minutes. In July and August, three interaction sessions will take place on a daily basis.
The programme is focused on educating and teaching about the sea lions, their habitat and their diet of fish that is brought from Holland.
Participation in the interaction sessions will cost €49 per person.
