The São Brás health centre, inaugurated 57 years ago, is due to undergo €300,000 revamp, the local council has announced.
Improvements are due to begin in October and will include modernising the building, improving its accessibility, namely through the installation of an elevator, and increasing its energy efficiency.
The project is funded by Portugal’s recovery and resilience plan (PRR) following a successful bid presented by the local council.
