On Tuesday, November 15 the fifth Walking Football venue in the Algarve will be launched at the Campos de Jogos Municipal astro-turf pitch in São Brás de Alportel.
Walking Football is a slow version of the beautiful game for those over 50 years of age. The game is small sided, with no running on or off the ball. Minimal contact, no slide tackling or tackling from behind. A great way to keep fit and enjoy the camaraderie of like-minded mature players.
The action gets underway at 9.30am and for the whole of November the sessions will be free. In addition, the Monday sessions in Tavira and those in Olhão on Thursdays will also be free of charge throughout November.
