Visitors to São Brás de Alportel this weekend will have the chance to purchase a variety of goods at bargain prices during the second summer sales fair Stock Out 2012, which this year will coincide with the traditional annual September Fair on Sunday.
Taking place at the Jardim Carrera Viegas from tonight (Friday) until Sunday, the Stock Out event will feature dozens of stalls manned by local store owners selling their goods at discounted prices.
Other highlights of the event include musical entertainment each night, a food area, children’s activities, a fashion show (August 31 at 10.30pm), sevillanas show (September 1 at 8pm) and a Salsa demonstration (September 2 at 6pm).
On Sunday, the traditional Feira de Setembro, held annually on the first Sunday of the month, takes place at the Parque Roberto Nobre, where a variety of locally grown products, handicrafts and household items will be on sale.
Doors to the Stock Out event open at 9pm on Friday, 3pm on Saturday and 6pm on Sunday. The Feira de Setembro is open from 2pm.
