These tough requirements being made on Santa recruits in Germany have led to a shortage of Father Christmas’s across the country.
Job agency boss, Tarik Kilinc said: “It takes a lot to be a good Santa. Just handing out presents isn’t enough.”
In Berlin, job agencies are still looking for a further 150 Santas to fill posts throughout the city. It is believed the tough standards have put many people off from even applying.
