Faro will be welcoming the annual Santa Iria fair to the city from today (Friday) until October 23. The fair, which is an annual tradition dating back to the 16th century, will see more than 200 different vendors gathering in the Largo de São Franciso including usual fairground attractions and also charity stands.
On weekdays the fair will be open from 5pm until midnight while at weekends it will be open from 3pm until 1am.
Faro Câmara has asked that those who usually use this space for parking are tolerant of the event.
