Santa bikers will be converging on Faro this month for their annual festive parade on December 14.
Dozens of bikers dressed as Santa will be riding through the main avenues in the capital of the Algarve as part of the council’s festive programme, which also includes a large Christmas tree at Pontinha and the lighting of the bandstand where a nativity scene has been set up.
Local businesses have also attempted to make the shopping area more attractive by placing Christmas trees outside their premises as well as organising street entertainment events this month.
