The demand for Algarve villa holidays continues to grow. May saw an unprecedented number of guest enquiries, and this has not slowed down now we have reached the peak summer season.
There is quite a special reason we are seeing this growth. In June, SandyBlue celebrated a fantastic milestone in our journey. It proves that the region really can go from strength to strength in the world of travel and tourism.
Our 100th Property Listing
SandyBlue has officially reached our 100th property listing milestone. Our villa and apartment portfolio has grown exponentially, demonstrating how popular the Algarve is not only with prospective property owners, but with tourists too.
Furthermore, the areas throughout the Algarve are all growing in popularity. In the past, the Golden Triangle has been the main attraction – from Vale do Lobo to Quinta do Lago, tourists can’t get enough of these areas.
While this is still very much the case, we have expanded into new locations that are really catching the eyes of tourists. Lakeside Village, within Quinta do Lago, is really up and coming while the scenic western areas are also rising in popularity.
To meet this demand, we have been partnering with fabulous owners in these areas so that their villas or apartments are front and centre. It is because of these partnerships that we have reached this incredible milestone as a business.
