To celebrate the delivery of its 200th Boeing 737-800 Next Generation aircraft, Irish low-cost airline Ryanair is offering a total of one million plane tickets for 10 euros for flights taken in April, May and June across its European destinations.
Ryanair spokesman, Daniel de Carvalho said: “We are happy to receive this brand new 200th Boeing aircraft. The total value of Ryanair’s fleet is now more than 12 billion US dollars. We are proud to operate the youngest, greenest and most fuel efficient fleet in Europe.”
He added that this new aircraft will help the airline to reach the target of transporting 67 million passengers each year as it continues to lower the cost of flights without adding any fuel supplement.
According to Ryanair, its average ticket price is 34 euros.
