Innovation is the theme of the Querença Market on Sunday from 10am to 1pm at the Church Square.
A team of Algarve University students from the Food Engineering course will be demonstrating innovative recipes using different types of fruit, such as pomegranate jelly, persimmon ice cream and tangerine sweets.
The programme for the day includes science workshops, a photo competition and musical entertainment by the Algarve University’s Real Tuna Infantina, who have been performing all over the country for 17 years.
