THE ALGARVE Tourism Board is organising a Christmas Concert on Sunday, December 16, at the Arade Pavilion Auditorium, in Portimão.
The concert includes a special performance of Beethoven pieces by the Algarve Orchestra, under the direction of the maestro Laurent Wagner, who is the main conductor of the Dublin Orchestra.
The concert also includes the participation of the choirs from Faro, Tavira and Lagoa.
Tickets cost five euros and are available from the tourism information branches of Praia da Rocha, Monchique, Silves, Carvoeiro, Loulé, Tavira, Albufeira and Faro.
