Regular readers of the Algarve Resident will know that being a Rotarian in the Algarve is rewarding and also very busy.
At this time of year there is a great deal of activity in Rotary with the handover of Presidency in each Club.
One of the first handovers this week took place at Rotary Club Estoi Palace International where Bill Mahoney handed over the chain of office to Claire Larson.
