Olhão rotary club’s annual prize giving dinner is due to be held at the Hotel Quinta dos Poetas in Pechão on October 29.
This year’s Prémio Profissional, professional prize, will be awarded to José Isidoro Silva Sousa, President of the Olhanense football club, for his contribution to the council.
The dinner costs 32.50 euros per person and includes a set three course meal with drinks.
Proceeds will be donated to Associação Tempus, an-Olhão based charity which supports drug users and poor families in the area.
