Rotary Club Estoi Palace International (RCEPI) held its second annual Romantic Dinner on February 16 at Comporta Eventos at Lamaceiro, Pechão.
Over 50 people attended the fundraising event in aid of the Algarve Cerebral Palsy Association (APPC). A total of €600 was raised which go towards funding equipment required by the association.
Club president Bruno Costa welcomed guests including APPC board member, Cristina Sobral, who thanked all for the support.
A Portuguese-style buffet was served and followed by an evening’s entertainment provided by Fado singer Raquel Peters, accompanied by accordion player Jorge Alves, and RCEPI member Richard Thorpe and his wife Carol who performed three songs.
Singer Caron Louise then gave the guests songs and music to dance to finish off the fundraising evening.
