Members of the Almancil International Rotary Club (AIRC) and The Angels Theatre Group presented a cheque for 4,000 Euros on October 20 at the Restaurant Couleur France in Almancil to Hermes Alberto of the Almancil Social and Cultural Association (ASCA) to help fund the furnishing of accommodation for the elderly in Loulé.
The money was raised after the successful performances of the Old Time Music Hall production, staged by the theatre group last year.
