Rota do Petisco appeals for feedback from Faro and Olhão

Teia d’Impulsos, the association behind the hugely popular Rota do Petisco, has appealed for feedback over the gastronomic event’s debut in Faro and Olhão so that it can analyse what went “right and wrong” and decide what to improve next year.

A survey (in Portuguese) has been posted online with questions ranging from ‘how did you find out about Rota do Petisco’ to ‘how would you rate the menus offered’ and ‘would you take part in the event again’? It can be found at https://goo.gl/forms/xZrvefCkDuCHFlAe2

The event took place this year for the first time in Faro and Olhão between June 2 and July 9. The first two weeks saw over 5,000 tapas sold at the 34 eateries.

Meantime, restaurants and other establishments wishing to take part in the final stage of this year’s Rota – taking place in Portimão, Lagoa, Silves and Monchique – have until Saturday, July 22 to apply.
