Around 200 artistic roller skaters will be taking to the rink at Pavilhão Dr Eduardo Mansinho in Tavira tomorrow (Saturday) in aid of children in care.
The event, from 9.30pm, is organised by Patinagem Clube de Tavira (Tavira’s Roller Skating Club) and is in aid of local children’s home A Gaivota, which cares for 20 children who were victims of neglect, abuse or abandonment.
The club has invited roller skaters from other clubs in Portugal to join them for the show, called
Natal Solidário.
