Portuguese rock icons UHF and reggae covers band Quem é o Bob? will be performing at Quarteira’s New Year party.
Taking place at Praça do Mar, the celebration begins at 10.30pm with UHF taking the stage.
The band formed in 1978 and credited with leading the Portuguese rock movement in the 1980s is one of Portugal’s oldest and most prestigious.
Their performance will be followed by a fireworks display at midnight, while Quem é o Bob? starts at 00.15am, promising a tribute to Bob Marley and several other reggae and ska artists.
