Quinta do Lago South was in superb condition to host the Atlantic Golf Society’s ‘pair’s betterball’ event last week.
Society captain, Seamus Fox, aided by Ian Lee finally claimed his first society success with an impressive 45 points, which was seven clear of their nearest challengers.
‘Nearest to the pin’ was won by Keith Richardson and the ‘longest drive’ was won by Seamus Fox.
The next society day will take place on July 4 at Pestana Vila Sol, beginning at 12pm.
It will cost participants €45 (buggy €30) to take part and non-members are also welcome.
