A soccer camp led by former English football star Rio Ferdinand will take place between Monday, May 28 and Friday, June 1 at Quinta do Lago.
The event is organised by the word-class resort and Football Escapes and is open to children of all abilities aged five to 15.
“The courses offer an incredible learning experience where participants can get up close and personal with ex-Premier League stars, play football and have fun,” say the organisers.
Also taking part will be UEFA licensed coaches to provide an “inclusive, fun learning environment, helping to create memories that last a lifetime and a holiday experience the whole family will never forget”.
Each child that enrols will be provided with a full kit, including shirt, shorts and socks, as well as a medal and signed certification.
Two more camps will be held this summer, one between August 13 and 17 and the other between August 20 and 24.
