More than 50 entrants took part in the first Algarve Riding Club competition of 2010 held in Ourique on March 7.
There were 23 dressage tests ridden and 28 rounds of show jumping, with the overall winners on the day being Kate Fripp on V-Tinkerbell and Dorte Larson on Zaldi Star.
The next event organised by the club is an endurance ride on April 25 at Quinta da Bica, Messines.
