Riding in a safe environment

Tiffany’s Riding Centre was established in 1988 and is well known for its professional and friendly outlook at riding.

Tiffany’s offers riding for all the family, with a range of activities for children, teenagers and parents alike.

A variety of different rides go out through the local countryside. One hour hacks to the north of Tiffany’s use old donkey tracks that access the now abandoned farmlands, passing through fig and almond orchards. More intrepid riders enjoy our longer rides that go into the national forest of Barão de São João or into the natural park of Costa Vicentina.

Tiffany’s qualified experienced staff will improve your riding in a safe environment. The arenas are properly enclosed and jumping lessons use international standard equipment. Using the training levels of the Portuguese Equestrian Federation, Tiffany’s can take you from being a complete beginner to becoming a national rider in Showjumping, Dressage or TREC.

The Saturday morning Pony Rangers Club is a favourite of young riders with the three hours being filled with riding, lessons in how to care for the horse and fun quizzes and competitions.

Tiffany’s also has a livery service and your own horse may be either cared for in large airy stables or turned out in paddocks with field shelters. The centre’s facilities include two outdoor arenas and a cross country training course.

Open daily from 9am until dusk, come and meet us so we can discuss all your equestrian needs.
